Under a statute of Sales Consultants and not as Realtors, only authorized to the members of the associations, they provided almost identical services as their counterpart the realtors.

To address the collapse of the real estate market, SMITH REALTORS and INTERNATIONAL NETWORK CONSULTANTS, LLC decided in 2009 to move their operations into the neighbourwood city of SARASOTA that is offering a bigger market.

In the same time INTERNATIONAL NETWORK CONSULTANTS, LLC started doing business under the name of INNETCO and extented its operations to a broad range of services in the real estate field along others fields such as business consulting.

As INNETCO REALTY Innetco is a full service real estate company with seasoned professional agents ready to market, assists buyers and manage residential and commercial properties not only in the South Florida areas but all over the United States through the National Association of Realtors (NAR) network including 1.2 millions real estate agents.
